Semi Private Group Coaching

The semi-private group coaching at our gym ensures that you get the best of both worlds. You'll receive individualized attention from a certified coach, while working out in a small group setting. This format is ideal for those who are motivated by the energy of a group, but prefer the personalized attention of private coaching. Plus, with a maximum of six people per group, our experienced trainers will be able to give you customized attention to help you reach your potential.
